Description
We are a small boutique beef producer located on the west side of Abilene, KS. Our focus is to produce high end prime Wagyu beef. The Wagyu on Wilson Ranch is pasture raised on native grasses, as the cows age and mature we start introducing them to grains to gain inter muscular fat (IMF), healthy fat with mouth watering marbling. We typically sell our beef by the whole beef, half, or a mixed quarter. We also raise little fluffy Mini Highland Cows, most of these cows are raised as pets for the hobby farmer or small acreage land owner that would like a little fluffy companion.
